Tom Anderson
Director
Tom is an industry leader with over 20 years experience working in IT security and strategy. He brings knowledge from roles in the financial and not-for-profit sectors. He holds numerous industry certifications and is a certified ethical hacker.
Tom sees himself as a people person first and a technologist second. He specialises in people centred approaches to IT. His skills include IT Security, strategic planning, operating model improvements and IT infrastructure.
He is passionate about improving the quality of IT security in organisations.
Christian Hogg
Principal Security Consultant
Christian is our Principal Security Consultant, with extensive experience delivering Security and risk Advisory Services at Executive and Board level. Christian has 18 years of experience working in a variety of roles in the Public, Private and Local Government Sectors.
He’s skilled at Security Risk Management Framework creation, building Security Governance approaches from the ground up, Risk lifecycle management and Risk workshop facilitation. Christian has a strong focus on applying industry frameworks including NZISM, CERT NZ and PSR controls (across Central Government) and more widely using frameworks including ISO27001, NIST CSF and PF, CSC and CIS Compliance requirements to enable businesses to successfully manage their security risk posture and build maturity.
Christian has worked at Government Departments including the Ministry of Education, ACC’s Investment Management division and worked as CISO at Inland Revenue during one of Governments biggest ever transformation exercises.
Flynn Lange
Cyber Security Consultant
Flynn is passionate about all things cyber security. He is an experienced desktop and network engineer and has led several technology initiatives within organisations, including hardware rollouts and phishing testing.
Flynn has worked in tech consulting roles with NGO’s and investment management companies. Flynn has a BSc in Computer Science and is NSE4 certified. Skilled at penetration testing, endpoint and network hardening. Building systems that are secure by design, from the ground up is his specialty.
Flynn loves sharing his skills with others, having previously taught coding to school students at CodeCamp.
Uday B
Cyber Security Consultant
Uday is our youngest team member and Cyber Security Consultant. He is passionate about Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). As well as holding multiple volunteer positions he has worked as a Web Application Bounty Hunter for HackerOne, a Cybersecurity Intern at The Peace Foundation NZ, and Cyber Security Analyst at Kordia.
Uday is passionate about education and upskilling and holds multiple certifications, including the Bertelsmann Technology Scholarship in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Certified Ethical Hacker, Fortinet NSE Level 2, and is in the process of finishing his Bachelor of Computing Systems and Cyber Security from Unitec
