Tom Anderson
Director

Tom is an industry leader with over 20 years experience working in IT security and strategy. He brings knowledge from roles in the financial and not-for-profit sectors. He holds numerous industry certifications and is a certified ethical hacker.

Tom sees himself as a people person first and a technologist second. He specialises in people centred approaches to IT. His skills include IT Security, strategic planning, operating model improvements and IT infrastructure.

He is passionate about improving the quality of IT security in organisations.

Christian Hogg
Principal Security Consultant

Christian has 18 years of experience across the public, private, and local government sectors. He specialises in security risk management, governance frameworks, and risk lifecycle management, with expertise in industry standards such as NZISM, CERT NZ, PSR, ISO27001, NIST CSF, and CIS compliance.

Christian has provided executive-level security advisory services and held key roles in government, including CISO at Inland Revenue during a major transformation, as well as security positions at the Ministry of Education and ACC’s Investment Management division.

He is dedicated to helping organisations enhance their security maturity and manage risk effectively.

Flynn Lange
Cyber Security Consultant

Flynn is passionate about all things cyber security. He is an experienced desktop and network engineer and has led several technology initiatives within organisations, including hardware rollouts and phishing testing.

Flynn has worked in tech consulting roles with NGO’s and investment management companies. Flynn has a BSc in Computer Science and is NSE4 certified. Skilled at penetration testing, endpoint and network hardening. Building systems that are secure by design, from the ground up is his specialty.

Flynn loves sharing his skills with others, having previously taught coding to school students at CodeCamp.

Uday Bhatia
Cyber Security Consultant

Uday is a professional with strong background in penetration testing, threat exposure management, and continuous assurance. He is particularly passionate about Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), and national security frameworks.

Currently working at Kordia as a Specialist, in the continous threat Exposure Management space bringing hands-on expertise in vulnerability management, OSINT analysis, and cloud security.

Uday is currently pursuing a Master of Information Governance. With numerous industry certifications, including CEH, Certified Tenable Engineer, and Google Cybersecurity Professional. His TryHackMe profile, Cygus, reflects his commitment to continuous hands-on learning.
